Pastor LaRose was born  in Sekondi-Takoradi, Ghana. She is married to Elder Mark Laing and has a daughter, Baaba Laing.

From a young age, she exhibited a strong faith and a desire to serve others. She pursued her theological education at University of Dubuque Theological Seminary, where she completed a Certificate in Congregational Leadership in May 2018.

Her spiritual journey led her to become Pastor in Charge of Youth Development at United Ghana Community Church in 2018.  She dedicated herself to preaching the Gospel, counseling congregants, and youth outreach. Over the years, Pastor LaRose has become a respected leader known for her compassion and dedication for the youth.

Throughout her ministry, she have initiated numerous programs aimed at youth empowerment, and spiritual growth.

Her message of hope, faith, and love has touched many lives, inspiring a growing youth and making a significant impact in the community. Pastor Laing remains committed to her calling of serving God and leading others towards a fulfilling spiritual journey.
